Mental health foundation organise mental health awareness week every year and the theme is mindfulness which is an important part in mental wellbeing. Practising of mindfulness helps on to become emotionally stronger, reduce stress increases self-awareness. It helps the people to change the way they think it is a treatment for people with mental health problems.
